“Not Knowing is the Art: The Hidden Strength in Unpredictable Paintings”

In this stage of life, not everything looks happy. We choose not to be sad, so we stay awake to reality, awake to action. Human psychology teaches us that our lifestyle should speak for our moment. Hope should not be kept at a distance while we sleepwalk through our days. Too often, we let our personal influence be guided only by feelings, staying in place and waiting for an unseen mission to manifest. But life is not about waiting; it’s about moving. Over time, many of us have felt the drive to achieve something without having any daily direction. We don’t always need to be told about our own business; we already know it. What holds us back is not a lack of knowledge but a habit of overcomplicating life simply because our dreams haven’t yet been achieved. It’s time to make our decisions without waiting for perfect clarity. Just do it. Put in the work. Move forward. Don’t let the concept of life be defined by comparing yourself to others. Simple, steady action creates more peace than chasing invisible dreams.

When you think simply about life, you feel softer toward it. You see it as something you can touch, shape, and enjoy. Living a known dream, one rooted in reality, makes life calmer, more focused, and more fulfilling. In the end, it’s not about endlessly dreaming; it’s about waking up and living the dream you already hold in your hands.

Working through many challenges with a physical therapist doesn’t happen in our dreams; it’s a present predicament that requires a real-life solution. We often find ourselves in deep trouble with our own thoughts because we try to live according to our dream standards, forgetting that life is experienced in physical terms. Personal experience should be grounded in reality. We must work with the resources we have, without constantly questioning whether we’ll “get there” or drifting into endless imagination during our breakdown moments. The goal is not to be too harsh on ourselves but to stay connected to the ongoing process. Life becomes simpler when we stop taking everything too personally and shift our focus to the present, rather than lingering in a dreamy mood. Work with a stress-free mindset, keep moving, and fill your thoughts with your own purpose.

I had a conversation with my sister today and heard some good news. Strangely, I don’t feel happy about it. My feelings are heavy, and I can’t help but notice how much emotions dictate the way we experience life. I’ve tried so many things, yet each attempt seems to fall short, leaving me with the same quiet sadness. There are many reasons behind this. We often attach our dreams so tightly to our identity that we forget how to simply live in the moment. Sometimes, life feels easier when there’s no grand dream to chase—just the intention to live our best moment as it is.

Society sugarcoats success, telling us stories about how things “work out” if we believe enough or push hard enough. But those stories often carry invisible pressure, pushing us to compare our lives to ideals that were never ours to begin with.

Right now, I’m choosing something different. I’m looking at the trees, the clouds, and the way sunlight moves across the ground. I’m paying attention to nature, and maybe that’s exactly what I need—to stay awake and present with my current schedule. No illusions, no unnecessary pressure. Just breathing, existing, and letting the moment be enough.

I see so many people floating across the earth’s surface, chasing dreams of becoming the next wealthy figure—and they all call it “passion.” But I wonder, if money were free for everyone, would people still cling to these dreams? Maybe, without the pressure of chasing wealth, we’d all be more in touch with our physical selves, grounded in the life we’re already living.

Success and passion have been marketed to us in ways that make so many feel left out, as if they’re failing simply because they aren’t following the same script. But it’s time we understand something deeper: our relationship with ourselves is worth more than any image of success. I learned this the hard way. My first real loss—a large amount of money—came in exchange for my freedom. I didn’t announce it. I didn’t post it. I stayed calm because I knew my peace was worth more than sympathy or applause. That moment taught me that problems aren’t solved in dreams or in sleep—they are solved when you are awake, alert, and willing to face them head-on.

Putting my emotions into words and sitting with my sadness has helped me understand the meaningful existence of life. Loss taught me to appreciate what remains, not just mourn what’s gone.

Life is not a race to prove your worth through wealth or status. It’s a daily practice of staying awake—awake to your reality, awake to your emotions, and awake to the small, beautiful truths that make life worth living. In a world obsessed with chasing the next big thing, perhaps the bravest dream is to be fully present in the life you already have.

“From my heart to yours—just stay awake with life. Be present. Be real. That’s where living truly begins.”
